You can tell we’re all old timers- we all paced it right (I think)
I set off to hold 320W and managed it exactly, narrowly avoiding turning in to custard in the final km when Chris and Jeff shot off

I’d reeled Nick then Jeff in…couldnt see you @TROSaracen , convinced you were ahead - then you popped up behind and closing. Made for a tough final 500m.

Ouch, I didn’t really see anyone but shot off like a muppet 
Then Nick went past on the last set of rollers and I just about held on until my weight worked on the descent!
Could see you just behind so I went for it!
Surprised to see there was only about 6 seconds between us all.
