But think of all the pain caves you could have, even with a handful of lodgers or paying guests…
This one would suit us better. Old fashioned, but nice size and aspect. But also the reason why i can’t see how we’re ever going to move! The jump from our size house to something that we could live in with 2 x teenagers and retire in is just massive!

A relation (by marriage) inherited his mother’s cliff-top bungalow in Cornwall; they knocked it down and had a modern large family home build on the prime plot. Now estimated to be worth around £2.25m!

The downside being i’d be too close to my family!! Though house prices after the whole wfh thing have rocketed in rural Wales. I think it Carmarthenshire that went up the most, by something like 13%, with Ceredigion and Pembs not far behind.

Just had a 32.7 gain, got into the lead group on Sand and Sequoias, as soon as we hit Titan’s Grove it was all over, certainly not helped by being draft blocked by someone dropping out of the bunch, solo’d the last 6k or so, 5th on ZP shows a lack of talent today

I used to be, was invited to the meet-ups/races we did but for some reason never appeared in the rankings for TT, think everyone was running scared after I beat them in the first race meet around the volcano

Had quite a few wifi\4G problems tonight but managed to get onto a group ride and grabbed the Suki’s playground badge.
Then after missing both Bologna TT’s I did a 10K crit around Innsbruck, chanced Cat A for some points in a small field. Managed to keep up until the legsnapper, 3 got away but I caught 1 and held on for 3rd and a useful 24 points

I raced 30km on Makuri tonight up the bigger hill twice…. killed myself trying to hang on to the sandbaggers in Cat C, decent NP for me at the end, with a mid category finish…… for no points whatsoever….
