So…are you folks riding in the TT position when on Zwift?
I did for the TT the other day, I do for workouts (RI off the bars) and any spins @ 30mins.
Although for bike races I tend to sit up…until I get dropped, then it’s back to the TT position.
Pretty much my plan.
I’ll do all my structured intervals in TT position, when i start in March time. Same as any recovery rides, learning to pedal efficiently and be comfortable. For now i’ll race sat up though.
No I’m on sofa with my simulant running. TT position doesn’t make that any faster.

Just dropping in to say that I’m enjoying the banter on this thread. I may join you in a race at some point, but not on a Friday lunchtime as I’m normally out drinking tea and having cake with some friends! I’ll keep an eye and maybe join in sometime.

Yes join in on Thursday evening, the more the merrier although if it’s anything like this week we’ll all still be in the hospital by Friday lunchtime, so it might not work so well in terms of the social calendar
@Jorgan has a habit of winding up his Zwift competitors by saying “it’s a cake ride” when the blob drops below 4wkg, and yesterday I think it was suggested that a few of our lighter friends could do with some cake too.
