Didn’t have much confidence going into Tiny races, hanging on in race 1 but timed it well.
Shouldve got 5th but did my usual of giving up with seconds to go.

Flamme Rouge Racing is my favourite series on Zwift. Yesterday was the start of the Tour of Watopia, 9 days, 8 races, 360km, 4500m climbing.
First race was the ITT, I took the win in the DRA cat, and was 17th fastest overall, and set a new 1 year FTP of 331w
I feel that I am starting 2024 with some very good cycling strength
Slogged my way through the first workout of some back to fitness set. FTP set to 235w and it had 3x5 min ramps from 200w up to FTP. Enjoyably hard but possible.
