Zwift Team Time Trial

Not very!

3 minutes

You sir are a machine. We were 30 seconds back

it may have been Zwift, but I swear he was blurred as he went by…

Looks like I had a 4.4w/kg avg trying to get back on with the hr hitting 186.
My hr chart also tells my story…

Cheers for that. I am definitely feeling this morning.
My Zwift still hasn’t closed down and is stuck so my efforts may be lost to the tech gods forever.

A proper hard effort. 3.2 is my ‘FTP’ so was a really big effort. Thanks for keeping me in touch for the 2nd half.

Still shaking a bit now, just found a solitary beer in the fridge!!

Think it was my biggest ever Zwift effort but may never find out.

It is holding the chippy down :joy:

If 3.2 if your FTP that would be a great ride. Even in the draft you were 2.8+

3.04 is my FTP :see_no_evil:

271 @ 89kg
3.2 was 284w

That’s why I was suffering :joy:

Was at 92% in the draft :flushed:

Did it not give you a new ftp off the back of that then?!

No it didn’t give me anything, it froze for an hour then shut down and deleted the ride ffs.

I’d give yourself one anyway. Just for the effort!

a bit of googling on where to look, and you may find that the data file of the ride is recoverable… often is on a PC

I’m not on the Zwift Power results. Not looking good.
I’ve emailed support, would love to see the numbers.

The problem is that it hasn’t pushed to my laptop so not sat on it. It never came off Zwift. The logout screen froze for nearly 90 minutes then shut down.
I did the proper ‘END RIDE’, then SAVE & CLOSE so hopefully Zwift have it.
It isn’t in my ride history but my warm up is

I was thinking all 2nd half - ‘That FTP of 271 is way too high’. I was really lagging around 230-250 for a chunk of the 2nd half after you we got back as a group, then managed to push on again for the last 5km back to 270+ (I think).

Still, a solid ride.

just looked on Zwiftpower… 1.1 w/kg down on my peak 10M TT power from 5 months ago. That’s what happens when you slack off folks… :joy:

Ah, i’d assumed you were using the Zwift app on a PC, in which case, the data file often still exists within the Zwift app itself, even if it never closed properly or uploaded to the Zwift website and hence on to Zwiftpower… but if you were using a phone or tablet, then yep, you are almost certainly screwed.

Ah no I am on a laptop
